Our Story

Born from the grassroots homesteads of Hornby Island, BC we came into the world with a bold mission: to create high quality, natural skin and body care that nurtures the bodies of our customers, and the earth.

We’ve been doing a pretty good job so far.

Focusing on our local community we have been selling our soap at farmers markets and local stores across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands for nearly two decades. We’ve built a loyal community of customers who know us by face and name, and have spent many a summer weekend laughing under the open air sharing our soaps and oils.

One thing we’ve learned over the years, is our customers really like getting dirty.

Covered in earth and mud, salty water, grease stains and mountain air, they’re outdoors folks, with a love for nature and a bit of a wild side. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

So, we keep it clean for you.

We make our skincare is from high quality, natural ingredients, superfoods and traditional medicines. We wrap it in unbleached compostable paper, and pour it into recyclable bottles. With the current state of emergency we decided to build our online store so we can continue serving our community at a distance, and supply the wild folk far and wide.
